Profile

Drew has been involved with horses from the age of 12. He started off by looking after his father's 15.2 hands Irish hunter and went on to join the pony club and compete in the summer shows getting a good all round grounding in dressage, show jumping, and cross country. Before he even left school it was a forgone conclusion that horses would be his life. His thirst for knowledge and natural aptitude to succeed has made him a real 'hands on' practitioner. His incline has always been toward striving to understand the horse's perspective and to communicate with them in a language that they will understand. There have been many great 'natural' horsemen and his own training techniques and working practices are the combination of their wisdom and his own experience from using their methods.

His career has been varied, he has instilled such confidence and admiration that he has been recommended and called upon by some of the most well respected horse owners, veterinary surgeons and homeopathic practitioners in England. Throughout the years he has underpinned his experience with formal qualifications and professional courses, his most recent being with that of the esteemed Dr. K C La Pierre RJF PhD 'one of the foremost equine podiatrists in the world today whose innovative approach to teaching the art of equine podiatry has met with rave reviews the world over'.
